We answer calls and texts daily, 7am to 9pm. Email works great too if you prefer to write it all out. We get back to email within one business day, usually much sooner.

The free meet-and-greet
Every new client starts with a meet-and-greet. We come to your home, meet your pet, walk through the routine, and answer your questions. No charge, no commitment. You decide after. Most people book on the spot, but there is zero pressure either way.
Where we work
We cover north Austin and Williamson County: Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar Park, Leander, Liberty Hill, Jarrell, and surrounding areas. Our home base is in Mayfield Ranch.

You do not need to have everything figured out before you call. But if you have a few of these things handy, we can usually answer most of your questions in one conversation and get something on the calendar right away.
- Your pet's name, breed, and any special needs
- Approximate dates you need coverage
- Your general neighborhood or zip code
- Whether you want overnight, drop-in visits, walks, or some combination
- Anything quirky about your pet (we mean this warmly, quirky is fine)
No pet bio required. A quick "I have a 3-year-old lab and I leave December 20th" is plenty to get us started.
